    You work 184 days per year.

    Each month, an employee earns a sick day. 10 maximum earned per year. Days carry year to year with a max of 200. NO PAID MATERNITY LEAVE. Can only use 6-8 weeks of sick days for maternity or paternity leave depending on delivery. Sick days can only be used with proper documentation. 2 approved personal days (from sick day bank) per year. Paid all 12 months, with summer and holidays off.

    Summers and some holidays off so you can't complain. As for vacation you only get 10 days during the school year so planning is essential, it is all as per the principal so make sure to ask them how they feel about using more than 10 days a year. Just because you have saved them does not mean your principal will approve such extended days.
