Most benefits not offered to Per diems
1199 benefits is a joke.
Pension offered to employees was a plus, however both the health and dental benefits were very expensive.
love the overall benefits package
They gave pennon but didn't match or vintributr t the 403b
The is that you get to save and the worst is when the market down money goes down
1199 full Benefits ,paid vacation & holiday . 12hour shift
Everyone is very nice, good benefits.
the worst healthcare benefits I have ever been offered. Especially poor considering that this is a hospital.! you are expected to work in a hospital environment for the first 30 days with zero health insurance! copays and deductibles are high and have increased every year- even as the hospital is making more and more profit. In network options are limited. Vision and dental plans are not work the cost. annual enrollment Benefit " fairs" are nearly useless distributing few details and wrong information. HR provides zero useful support. You are on your own to fight with all the different vendors.
very limited selection of health coverage, ZERO coverage for the first month of work ( he guys- we are working at a hospital, remember) vision plan doesn't even cover the cost of year of contacts, Dental plan premiums costs more than if you simply paid for regular cleanings out of pocket. Info is not consolidated and you are basically on your own to navigate and track multiple benefit vendors with seperate accounts, passwords and policies
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
