Good healthcare options are available
You get paid time off and decent maternity/paternity leave.
The health insurance and 401K match is not bad. Can't compare it to tech companies but it's fairly good compared to other industries.
Great numbers of days vacations after 5 years
Dental plan could be better - health plan has a max out of pocket benefit which is nice
The company offers a comprehensive set of benefits
The medical plan is very expensive and still has poor coverage. Either a very high deductible and $200 fees/month or a slightly less high deductible and $360+ fees per month.
Benefits are not great if you don't live in NYC
Medical care provision made easy
it is very beneficial for my family
