Honestly, there is nothing positive to say about the health coverage. The costs for coverage are way too high and the $500 deductible is outrageous. Had I received the full scope of the health plans beforehand I would have never accepted the offer of employment. It’s absurd that I have a full time job, paying $100 per pay period for coverage that I can’t even afford to use.
401k match rate is competitive and great parental leave package but medical insurance is pretty expensive
