Company perks benefit employees that are based in New York, the health insurance coverage also does not provide a wide array of options for remote workers outside of the state.

They stand behind their employees, even if we hit a rough patch and need time off or even STD or LTD assistance. They've been with me every step of the way on tough couple of years. Without the support from work and the extra care from their extra programs I doubt I would be back into shape to be ready to return to work. Terms of benefits and support outside of the newsroom this is the way a company should be.
