Company provides health insurance with a couple different plans with varying coverage and price, 401k with a match, and a very generous time off plan.

The best thing is the Medical, Dental and vision and the FSA Account. The worst thing is the 401k match of 4% at a .5 ratio so really its 2% max.
Benefits have lower coverage for price
Benefits are the same across a lot of industries but the base pay is too low to have payments for it drafted from your bi weekly check.
they offered min. health benifits and not a whole lot besides that. the 401k is not well explained either

Health plans are subpar and expensive, the 401k match vests after 4 years of employment, 15 PTO days per year and 6 paid holidays (plus 1 floating holiday), no additional sick time.
