We use transamerica and I believe can put up to 18% of our salary in. They often have people on site or that come around to the floors to help with any questions/ confusion and the website is easy to manage.

Those who are on the verge of retiring tell me the package is great but if you have allotted a lot of sick time that is not paid to you.

Pension plan guaranteed 4% is good. No matching 403(b) and the funds in the 403(b) are mediocre to bad.

It's pretty good and the counselor wants you to save; it's very important to them.
