    I don't use the medical benefits so I don't know how that is. These are the good things for RN with 5 years in: 5 weeks vacation. 10 holidays. 40 hours Continuing Education time. That';s 8 weeks of paid time off per year! Another two paid days off if you want to take a certification review class. extra 2k per year once you are certified.

    Generous time off, health care benefits are terrific, 401K program is very well thought out. Although we get a lot of sick time, using it is frowned upon.
