“Good health insurance coverage by Aetna”
“10 vacation days first year, then 20 after. 1 personal day granted after every 3 months worked. ”
“403b plan with Roth or tax-deferred”
Generous vacation time compared to other US companies, a bit less than European companies.
The best thing is tuition reimbursement
It is a a good hospital to work.
Health insurance is too notch
It is a great plan but Aetna is horrible. I am on the phone with them every other week the past few months as they are not covering telehealth visits fully even though my copay is same whether in person or tele. Miss Empire. Hate they swapped.
Good retirement plan and 401k
Great benefits. 401k contributions are the best I've seen
Benefits are great paid time off ,holiday, sick time and personal Time
