I don't use the medical benefits so I don't know how that is. These are the good things for RN with 5 years in: 5 weeks vacation. 10 holidays. 40 hours Continuing Education time. That';s 8 weeks of paid time off per year! Another two paid days off if you want to take a certification review class. extra 2k per year once you are certified.
Need for a higher Tuition reimbursement
The benefit offerings were continuously being improve . PTO, health insurance coverage and other benefits were fairly generous and competitive.
1199 good benefits also good paid time off about 4 weeks plus sicks time 12-18 days per calendar year with personal time 7.50 hours restart every 3 months.
