PTO only, no sick time offered so you will need to use PTO if you are sick. start out with 2 weeks PTO 1st year, 3 weeks 2nd year, then 4 weeks 3rd year. not sure what it is after that, but it is pretty good. Current health insurance provider isn't known at all, GPA. used to have AETNA as option, but that is no longer available. 401k match 100% up to 3%. 4 and 5% they match 50%, so if you put in 5% they will match 100% 4%.
The 401K is amazing but the Medical benefits are with a carrier I have never heard of. The benefits department is aware of the problem though, they have sent us a couple emails about benefit surveys so they can change the plans.
Benefit plans are affordable and good options
They match 401K, though it is not that much
2 week paid vacation, 3 sick days. Good medical insurance.
10 PTO to start and can be accrued to 20 PTO after 3 years of working there
When we had Aetna, I do not currently like the new plan that was given to the company, the minimum deductible is $2,000. Looks like we are getting cheaper
Best perk: Maternity/Family Leave. Company allows maximum time to handle family business. Worst perk: Expect to pay $$. Very costly
Appreciate the overall health benefit coverage including health, dental and vision. There are other supplementary options which seem useful as well.
Pretty good benefit packages in the area and if you are single, it gets expensive if you want to cover your wife/husband/kids
