Compressed scheduling (9 hr days M-T & 1/2 day Fridays), tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, 8% matching 401K, decent benefits.

Great benefits in general. One of my favorite perks was the fitness reimbursement. Worst is that the vacation days do not roll over to the next year.

They do award annual bonuses to employees even those who do not do their jobs and its assigned to others, compensation for certain positions are on the low side and sometimes management compares your performance with someone else that has been there longer but doesn't perform, they have matching 401K up to 8%, they sometimes issue Stock bonuses and additional compensation bonuses if there have been several employees quit within the departments to retain "key" staff. Health Insurance is typical for some in the industry and is often negotiated with other companies before the re-enrollment period, dental insurance and vision insurance is poor and could be better.
