I liked the 401k plan
The health insurance can be pretty difficult to use sometimes. It is very cost effective however. 401k program is very comparable to other companies in the industry.
401 k match. No sick leave. Only PTO and that's minimal
Health doesn't kick in until 60 days for contractors, 401k match and paid time off don't kick in until one year and a quarter. The Health insurance options aren't that great, only four to choose from and their all large deductible plans so no copay for anything. The best benefit is the job training, Triad encourages enrollment in trade school and pays for contract employees to get certified in their fields.
Health insurance and 401K is OK, bonus policy is GREAT.
