    Because I'm a contractor I get no health, sick leave, etc. benefits from NexRep but I do get the enormous benefit of being able to choose when, where and how long I work.

    There isn't really a benefits package. We're subcontractors and get paid hourly. Keep in mind that this means there wont be any taxes taken out of your paycheck so you'll have to get creative when tax season comes.
