“Great health insurance through CareFirst. The best thing is if you waive health insurance, the company will give you $250 extra each month”
“The only thing is you don't get MLK, President's Day, and Columbus Day as a Holiday; however, you can use your floating holidays for PLT.”
Benefits are competitive. My only suggestion is to offer commuter benefits
Flexible work hours, Excellent Health Benefits, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, AND MORE!
Very generous paid leave benefit
No employee contribution for my family plan high-deductible HMO with HSA; company covers it all, and provides a monthly contribution to my HSA.
Really competitive benefits package! Also love flex work hours given the absurd traffic in the DMV!
Overall, a very competitive and generous benefits package; HR has clearly done their homework and even improved benefits over the years based on employee feedback.
Excellent benefits. Our leadership team also truly understands what it means to have a solid work/life balance.
Best thing is that even overhead receives amazing benefits. I get most the same as even the developers.
New (full-time) employees start with 22 days off per year. The healthcare options are great (and allow for flexibility). 401k contributions are generous, and are occasionally supplemented by an additional and discretionary 1% company contribution on a special occasion.
Lots of PLT and great benefits! 401k is also amazing.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
