    Great health insurance through CareFirst. The best thing is if you waive health insurance, the company will give you $250 extra each month

    The only thing is you don't get MLK, President's Day, and Columbus Day as a Holiday; however, you can use your floating holidays for PLT.

It's amazing to me that the safe harbor 401K 6% donation is immediately 100% vested, regardless of whether the employee elects to contribute as well. The coaching program is also unique and should be considered a draw for potential employees who are serious about growing in their careers.

This is a very comprehensive benefits package that is much better than industry averages. Some key points are that PTO is based off of length of time in the industry rather than time at the company, a company deposit of 6% into retirement without requiring employee matching, paying into a HSA account/paying most or all of a health care plan and a wellness benefit. There are many more benefits that are excellent but those are some highlights.
