Very good pay for a college intern position
Pros: great pay and training; Cons: No health insurance, sick days, or bonuses
The benefits are quite good. You get health insurance for about $20 a month and a cell phone bill stipend. Considering most all the jobs are fixed term, this is fairly generous.
The benefits package was exactly what you would hope for form a progressive campaign.
Great benefits, unlimited PTO, small match on 401k, Gym and wellness benefit
The company really values employee health and wellbeing. There is an exercise stipend, free yoga, a meditation group, and it's not the kind of workplace where you'll get a dirty look for taking time off if you're sick or have personal matters to attend to.
There was no benefits package at NextGen Climate. We did not receive any benefits, as it was a temporary job. They had very few if any continuing opportunities available.
I didn't receive one because I was part time
Excellent coworkers and a chance to work for a cause that matters.
Unlimited vacation that you never get to take.
