Pretty good benefits package. Just not the cheapest around.
Good benefits package, was gradually increasing in price due to market and policy directions. Competitive rates when linked with HSA and good planning.
Medical benefits have high premiums
Overall good benefits in the company
Benefit is good employees not so much if you have dependents costly
Vacation is minimal. Benefits packages in general are all minimal and are a true portrayal of how the company feels about its people.
This company does the minimum in regards to comp and ben. Disability, family leave, bonding time, and compensation are all basic and sub-par. They "offer" leave, but it is what the State and Government require. The employee ends up owing money to cover his/her own benefits while on disability. Feedback from employees has been given to management and no changes have been made.
Vacation and education assistance are below average.
good health benefits but no bonus or appraisals
The benefits are mediocre. Health benefits are average. 401k match is lackluster. Time off could be better but isn't horrible. Working from home part time is probably the best perk.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
