The benefits at Nextiva are fairly standard for their industry. As a smaller organization they do a really great job of trying to maximize the employee perks.

Company pays a large portion of the monthly premium making the benefits very affordable.

Maternity and Paternity leave is a great benefit offered

Decent benefits but it seemed like my healthcare coverage never covered exactly what it said it would.

Health Insurance, 401K match, food every week

401k match seems really good, 25% up to a certain amount. Healthcare is cheap but copays are high compared to my last job.

HR is just not helpful they wont sign you up on time for Health Benefits and act like they did

Nextiva's benefit package is amazing! I'm paying less than $200 a paycheck for my family of 4, which includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance! Nextiva pays for STD and LTD. That is unheard of!! 3 weeks PTO, 7 Paid holidays, free food and game room!

The benefits are terrible. Health insurance sucks and no 401k option. Also no built in sick days like most companies have. If you are sick you have to use a vacation day.

Health insurance was costing me an additional $300 out of my monthly pay for the upgraded plan. The same coverage I have through is about $450. Nextiva provided poor coverage and made it expensive to upgrade in addition to having a low salary.
