“Small company yet providing full benefits with completed choices of insurance provider selections for the health, vision, and dental plan.”
“Fidelity 401k with no matching option”
Competitive health care options, including a reasonable no out of pocket option each year.
The paid vacation benefit is not very good compared to other places I've worked. The company provides for very limited time off.
Through its partnership with TriNet, NextLabs offers unmatched health benefits options and other Employee services at very competitive prices, (oftentimes at zero cost to the employees/fully paid for by the company).
No Matching 401K Kaiser 20 or 30 dollar visit - no deductible Work 30 hours or more you get benefits
full benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, FSA, HSA.
Vacation time is limited and the overall cost of healthcare here is very expensive. Not a great employee benefits package and not competitive with other companies in the industry.
They offer same as contractor - Covered California or HMO lowest tier. No 401K match. No profit sharing. No stock value. No bonus. Pay for travel and customer expenses yourself and hope reimbursement is correct 90 days later. They have not paid contractors on time. Legal authorities reviewed right claims by contractors not paid at all or on time or under rate. No paternity, maternity or elder care leave paid.
Insurance is minimal; no lunch - only snacks
We kinda have some benefits, but they're either really high deductible insurance plan, company doesn't contribute anything to your 401k, or give you a 10 years old laptop, that hardly worked, which is kinda lame.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
