The paid vacation benefit is not very good compared to other places I've worked. The company provides for very limited time off.

Vacation time is limited and the overall cost of healthcare here is very expensive. Not a great employee benefits package and not competitive with other companies in the industry.

They offer same as contractor - Covered California or HMO lowest tier. No 401K match. No profit sharing. No stock value. No bonus. Pay for travel and customer expenses yourself and hope reimbursement is correct 90 days later. They have not paid contractors on time. Legal authorities reviewed right claims by contractors not paid at all or on time or under rate. No paternity, maternity or elder care leave paid.

Insurance is minimal; no lunch - only snacks

We kinda have some benefits, but they're either really high deductible insurance plan, company doesn't contribute anything to your 401k, or give you a 10 years old laptop, that hardly worked, which is kinda lame.
