Competitive Pay. Solid Vacation and Paid Holidays. Good 401K Match. No Paid Paternity Leave (Yet) but you can use Accrued Sick Time and FMLA.

There is no official policy on paternity leave so Fathers would need to take vacation or FMLA.
3 weeks vacation plus one week floating holidays in first full year.

The best thing is the pay is higher than most around the area. There is decent paid time off and holidays as well as a 401k plan and bonuses. The worst part is maternity and paternity leave aren't full paid days off.
