Regular, full-time Team Members working at least 30 hours a week are offered medical, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits. Legal spouse or domestic partner and dependent children, up to age 26, are also eligible. Niagara pays the majority of the core benefits and your share is deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

Talking to other employees they felt it was a bit expensive. For myself I thought it was a very low cost.

Step aside Obamacare. The average person before Niagara came to this town was, I hope I don't get sick, miss work, what will my paycheck look like ??? Now with this company, and their insurance that is offered; one feels that everything is "okay" Great insurance
