“A bit expensive for families. The in-network options have expanded. The deductible barrier is a bit high before the coverage starts. Overall average. ”
“The roth 401k matching was 2% of 6% which is average.”
“10 day paid time off and vacation”
They offer fertility benefits. The monthly health insurance cost seems a bit much for families although compared to a few years ago the benefits have improved. Self-Directed IRA is needed so I can invest in line with my morals.
Paid time off and sick leave come from the same pool of hours for lower employees while higher employees have unlimited PTO.
10 days PTO to start with; So little 401K
20 Cases of water for $1 each each week
401K match is average. Medical benefits aren’t good.
Full suite of benefits. Serviceable health and dental insurance (not the best, not the worst).
The benefits are pretty solid!
401k, unlimited PTO for certain job levels
They do not have the best coverage
