Niche offers employee insurance coverage at no cost (top of the line plan) as opposed to the cheap freebies other companies may offer. For families it is subsidized. Competitive pay, free snacks, commuter reimbursement. 401k match.
healthcare coverage. Employees do not have to contribute to funding healthcare, dental, or vision. All seem like good plans so far.
20 PTO days can use right away - 3 VTO (Volunteer) - Free Tuesday Lunch - Great Health plan through UPMC
Very generous benefit package, exceptional healthcare for the individual employee especially considering the rate the company is growing.
Best health insurance package available and we have so many snacks that we've dubbed one area of the office, "Snack Alley". Paid Volunteer days contribute to our culture of giving.
20 days paid vacation and fully covered health insurance
It's generally an excellent package; I do wish that our PTO was for vacation, with sick time coming from a separate pool. However, there's little to complain about with a strong maternity/paternity leave policy, yearly bonuses, and 401K matching up to 3%.
The Niche health insurance is basically the best plan offered by UPMC with no cost to employees except for a small deductable. Coverage also includes dental and vision. All employees get 20 days paid vacation and approximately 10 paid office holidays. The company also offers a SIMPLE IRA plan and stock options.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
