A lot of company outings and events. Chance to go on paid trips outside US for high performance.
The benefits are not very good. PTO is alright after your first year. Medical is pricey for the individual. 401K but no match yet
Benefits? They aren't good. I hope you're still under your parents, especially with this base pay! Oh and don't hold your breath for a 401K. Almost forgot about the 10 (first year) and 20 (second year) PTO days you aren't allowed to use!
PTO is standard- 10 days in the first year, 20 days in the second year is pretty good, no 401k though
No gym membership. Little PTO
There were no benefits. They even told me I would get commuter benefits and I never received any form of that, or healthcare.
Great medical + dental. Unfortunately, I volunteer a lot and I don't get any days to focus on my volunteer work at all.
No 401k, Commuter Benefits barely made available, high deductible health insurance plans with low contributions, PTO and sick days combined (and discouraged), no flexibility in work schedule, minimal holidays, fictional stock options.
No 401K Pressured into not taking Vacation Days Minimal equity options Sick days and PTO and lumped together
Basic salaries could be better.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
