Excellent benefits package. Health insurance is low cost.
Great benefits if that's what you're looking for. Nikon has one of the best benefit packages I've worked for.
The medical plan is hard to beat. Low copays and low cost. The 401K only matches 3 percent and you are not fully vested right away. Sick days are give at 8 days per year and you earn about two weeks vacation per year.
Excellent benefit package, matching 401K would have been nice.
Best coverage in Health Benefits
Excellent health insurance at low cost. 10 paid holidays each year. Good vacation and sick bank. Retirement could be better.
Benefits are very good, medical is one of the best! Tuition assistance is not very good though.
Medical PPO plan and good 401K selections
Best: Health care and the Home office's ease of use to this, never questioned if you have medical issues. Best: Low cost for heath/dental and vision plan. Best: 401K is matched at 3% which is not great but on par with most. Worst: Holidays, not many holidays observed overall, many are based on a typical M-F work schedule. If you are unlucky enough to be scheduled to work on a major holiday, you will be compensated with 8hrs holiday pay plus time and a half for that day. If you choose to take the observed holiday off you will need to request a vacation day. Worst: Sick time and Vacation time are not lumped into a combined PTO (paid time off) accrual system. You will earn each individually per year (vacation based on your tenure). Worst: Sabbatical, there is None. In this high stress/technical environment there should one earned over the years, even Intel "pushes" their employees take one after 7yrs of service.
