The health insurance is very good though a little expensive. Time off seems to not be an issue when it's needed for a real reason.

They don't offer a 401k, you can get access to insurance after you reach your 90 day employment mark. Getting time off is rare, you have to have someone to be able to cover for you but after your first year you're supposed to have 5 paid vacation days. But again, that's if you can have someone to cover for you.
The benefits are great! They offer benefit packages to fit your family budget. Some companies make you wait awhile for them to start but not at Nine9.
