come on its a 401k this is crazy
Matched 401k which will help in the future
The 401k plan is registered with Vanguard, a reputable company with various internal options. The plan is okay at best. There are internal options that offer large growth but are limited to the options inside other portfolios. They don't offer other high growth oriented accounts that I am plugged into externally, but any company that offers a benefits retiring package should be looked at as a positive.
They also match your contribution and put in a yearly contribution if company does well
50% match up to 6%
it is great plan . you get up 6% match from company . Also you get profit share up to 8% of your salary at end of each fiscal year
The plan isn't a bad plan if you choice to use a 401k
