Really good all-round perks and benefits. No 401(k), at least not yet.
Nitro was always a great place in regards to employee experience and benefits
Very flexible time off policy that the company has implemented. Beneficial for employees as long as it's okay with assigned manager.
Help me pay my student loans
Health, dental and vision is paid for. 401k is good. Vacation policy is great. Gym membership, yoga or meditation subscriptions are also covered.
Full health, dental, and gym benfits
Broke my elbow a week before starting at my new job- it was a super stressful time transitioning between jobs and worrying about healthcare coverage. Nitro was amazing in the whole process- they made sure I had all the information I need and expedited my health care set up so I could make all my doctor's appointments and be covered from the very first day I started. Really appreciated the hard work the EX team put into this and definitely helped me when I needed it most!
Great healthcare. Amazing kitchen. Ridiculous booze.
The benefits at Nitro are great. Many different medical plans to choose from based on your need/preference. Company pays 100% of employee costs and generously contributes to family coverage.Generous vacation policy - 3 weeks to start and 4 weeks once you've been at Nitro for 2 years. ESOP program in place, commuter benefits, healthy catered lunches and snacks and a gym membership subsidy for all employees. $ set aside for training and development including the option to order any book you'd like for the in house Nitro library. Nitro's commitment to its employees goes beyond being competitive in the market; it's more about offering benefits and perks (and a workplace) that keeps people happy and healthy. This has resulted in employee driven running, walking and climbing clubs.
Benefits and perks are really good overall: excellent healthcare for the company's size, generous time off, great office, VTO and donation matching, etc.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
