Flexibility with taking time off
Since I am a contractor I don't receive any benefits. The only good thing is that the contract is only 6 months so hopefully I'll get out of it.
Vacation and sick time are both generous, but there is no paternity leave and maternity leave offerings are unattractive.

Company matches 4% of 5% contribution. So so medical and dental insurance.
