Benefits are on par with the industry. much better than anywhere else ive worked...feeling spoiled
Good benefits in comparison to other employers these days . Health insurance is cheap and good.
Overall, the benefits are good. The health insurance plan has reasonable deductibles and is widely accepted. Unfortunately, there's little room for negotiating anything outside what they offer. So, if you work in the office and are used to having a generous vacation policy, prepare to be disappointed.
Terrible medical and dental benefits, but vision is pretty good.
Health insurance wasn't bad, rates were raised every year. 401k you had to wait 3 years to be fully vested and 5 years for 100% match. They had profit sharing which you had to be 3 years before you're fully vested
Best: Health insurance was quite good for several years, very useful in Houston, but I've heard they have changed to a worse plan. Worst: Salaries were same for each position, so that was fair/unfair, depending.
Noble has standard offshore benefits package
benefits are good about the same as most places. After three years you get invested and get a matched up to 6% 401k and a profit share
Some of the best features are having Gym on board, some ships have saunas. I've never been denied any claims then again I'm a pretty healthy individual.
Great 401k Match. Health Benefits are also great.
