Great benefit package, excellent salary, 401K match up to 6%, medical, dental, & vision. Vacation time based on your previous number of years full time work, so on your first day of employment with Noble you have 20 years previous full time employment, you great credit for those years. You'll start out with 4 weeks vacation. Every employee gets 2 weeks sick time each year and 18 hours personal each year. And the work week schedule is four 9 hr days (M-Th) & 4 hrs on Friday.
