401k match + lump annual contribution is pretty good and bonuses are generally high but salaries are lower than peers, gym on site, decent cafeteria, it's a nice office but location isn't great

Great benefit package, excellent salary, 401K match up to 6%, medical, dental, & vision. Vacation time based on your previous number of years full time work, so on your first day of employment with Noble you have 20 years previous full time employment, you great credit for those years. You'll start out with 4 weeks vacation. Every employee gets 2 weeks sick time each year and 18 hours personal each year. And the work week schedule is four 9 hr days (M-Th) & 4 hrs on Friday.

The Houston office works 9 - 80's, with half day Fridays. The company is generally family friendly. Maternity leave is offered, but Paternity leave is not offered.

Pros: Good wellness program and health insurance, 401K matching, 2:1 matching gifts program, appropriate vacation time Cons: Very mediocre maternity leave policy

Pay levels are often mediocre for the industry, but other benefits are generally good. Fidelity 401k has some good investment options, company match 1:1 up to 6% of salary, plus annual % of salary contribution. Health with Cigna, 4 decent plan options, of which 2 HDHP with company contribution to HSA. Dependent care and health FSAs with Discovery Benefits, HSA with Fidelity. Stock grants and options for management and mid-level technical employees upwards.

They have a good insurance plan and 6% matching 401k. Worst thing is the vested time frame 3 years.

6% match on 401k, decent health care with cigna, paid holidays and PTO depending on how many years you've worked
