In addition to the pension, Noble also offers both traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plan options. If you don’t qualify for the pension and contribute dollars to either 401(k) option, Noble provides a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% of compensation, with a maximum contribution of $2,000 per semi-annual pay period. Eligibility for the match begins after a year of service and is awarded to nonpensionable staff.
High-quality plan and matching; pension plan is top-of-market matching
I have not taken advantage of this so I have very little idea of whether or not it's good but I've heard from other colleagues that it is.
Great options of mutual funds to invest in and if you are not enrolled in the pension, Noble will match your contributions up to 5% of your salary
Noble does not match your 401(k). But, a plan is available.
The 401K is only an option if you are not a certified teacher. If you are a certified teacher you must be in the pension plan. You can still join 401K, but there is not matching provided.
The Noble network does matching up to 7%. That is nice. I don't know what else to say.
I was already in the CTU's pension plan.
