After working for Noble for six months, parents receive 10 paid parental days for birth, adoption, or foster placement. This is used prior to any days in your personal Sick and/or PTO banks during FMLA or unpaid personal leave. Noble works with you to develop an individualized plan for your leave. Upon your return from leave, new parents are gifted 5 additional parental days.
If you plan on having a child, make sure to sign up for temporary disability insurance. You'll get 6 weeks PTO (as a woman) and then can 3 months off to care for your newborn at 60% of your salary.
