We also work hard to make your job as a teacher as easy as possible! That is why Noble prioritizes having fully stocked breakrooms with coffee and teacher basics: working copies, colored paper, pens, pencils, white board markers and erasers, highlighters, etc.

    Great benefits especially if you have kids. Health, dental and vision total for my family is just about $100 a month. I wish there were more perks and partnerships. Retirement is ok.

    Pays a portion toward braces; doesn't cover a lot when it comes to specialist treatment.

    The insurance is well priced, the co-pays are similar to other schools and the prescription drug co-pays are better than most public school.

    Noble is constantly working to improve the benefits package for their employees. Recent improvements include increased number of days off and paid short term disability for all employees.
