Great benefits especially if you have kids. Health, dental and vision total for my family is just about $100 a month. I wish there were more perks and partnerships. Retirement is ok.

The insurance is well priced, the co-pays are similar to other schools and the prescription drug co-pays are better than most public school.

Noble is constantly working to improve the benefits package for their employees. Recent improvements include increased number of days off and paid short term disability for all employees.
HMO plans do not offer good options for counseling/mental health support.
There were only 5 days off during my time there, but this was raised to 8 days.
