Overall Nonin has a fairly comprehensive benefits offering, with multiple health insurance options to best suit your needs. An area that really stands out is there dedication to investing in employee training and professional development opportunities! I have not been turned down for a training that makes sense.
Benefits were adequate in my opinion
Overall the benefits package is very competitive with other similar industry. There is always room for some improvements but very solid package.
Good health insurance package and vacation package. Small family owned company and they value employees work.
The 401(k) is only 1%. There is profit sharing, but the best you will get is ~1% if at all. The medical is less than other medical device companies. The over all total compensation is low for a medical device company in Minnesota.
The worst thing is that you have to do HR "wellness" activities to get a $300 discount on medical insurance. It's silly and annoying.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
