PTO and sick leave is good, other than that nothing is there for you
As a PT member, the only (and best?) benefit is the discount on food.
After years of talking about matching 401ks they’ve finally announced they will be matching 25% of your contribution as long as you contribute 4% or more.
The insurance is crap you are only able to pick united healthcare no one else and I spend close to 500 every two weeks from my paycheck to have insurance with crappy coverage and co pays

It takes 3 months of employment to become eligible for the benefits packet. Overall good benefits available including pet insurance for those who need it. Only available if you work more than 30h weekly.
The packages are ridiculously expensive and you still have a large copay, you can only get vision and dental as a regular employee, you misty have 40 hours a week for full health and it takes almost your whole paycheck.
The benefits take a lot out of your paycheck. I looked at the entire benefits package, and for this position (shift Manager) there wasn't hardly any.
