The best thing about the benefits package is how well it caters to the employees, there's a retirement plan, health benefits, reimbursement for travels etc.

Poorly explained. Differing information was given from managers. Most information was not told and was only to be learned from reading and watch informational videos.

The cons is that usually at the rack you get managers from the main store ( Nordstrom ) without any rack experience and without a clue of how to work in a fast pace , teamwork environment making things harder for the team . pros: work discount

You have to work 40+ hours a week to qualify for benefits and the most they schedule you if you aren't a manager is only 35 hours a week.

It is sometimes hard to get time off. You usually can't ask for time off until you have PTO, which starts accruing after 6 months.
