Offers health insurance and TSP and retirement training
The benefits were awesome. I only wish there was a better retirement plan.
The company has great benefits and you get off for Federal holidays. HOWEVER, there's little growth, relatives seem to get hired in easily, managers are dumb, supervisors are rude, and parking is a nightmare.
Standard Government Benefits. Some benefits may not apply to all employees and others are based strictly on employee buy-in (like medical and supplemental insurances). All-in-all, government benefits are difficult to beat in many circumstances.
401k equivalent plan, full health insurance, paid time off, medical time off. 9/80 work schedule, flexible work hours
