Company gym, decent medical, free life insurance, 401k matching
Having BCBS turn IHS loose to charge us premiums based on a yearly blood test and questionnaire and force us to buy our drugs on-line instead of a pharmacy of our choosing.
No great shakes; pretty standard and/o bare minimum. However, health insurance is fairly good, but not portable if you retire. No pension, very small 401K contribution. Bonus plan on paper, but most years it doesn't pay anything.
It's kind of middle of the pack, in my experience. Not great, but adequate. Could be better. Feel like they would get more engagement if they offered bonus incentives.
Time off, but most employees cannot use it due to workload.
Best Thing: Free Mass Transit Pass + $50/month Stipend for Using It Cons: No Annual Bonus Except for Upper Management
- health benefits package was "ok". However to get the low employee contribution, employee had to complete a health assessment each year including a blood draw. - company 401K match has come and gone over the past several years, depending on state of business - paid time off is a bit stingy
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
