Great benefit packages reasonably priced
For working at a hospital, I feel the services offered at my place of employment were high out of pocket expenses
best thing pay. worst thing management
The benefit package is great.
Slightly inconvenient, but inexpensive hospital pharmacy plan.
Hospital offers great in Network healthcare options.
Everything was pretty much dictated by the industry standards. They offered nothing enticing versus the competition. Average time off, mediocre health benefits - high cost to employee for family coverage, 6% 457 (401K) plan, deferred comp.
The worst thing about the benefits package is what you pay versus what you get. Insurance doesn't pay much on basic things.
PTO accrues at a good rate. Good insurance and 401K package.
