Nothing to complain so far about this company. Offers benefits, 401k.
Health Insurance costs are high.
Health insurance offered to employees are plans that require the high deductible be met before any benefit kicks in. This is the required minimum coverage insurance NADG offers to their valued employees. They have significant discount agreements with various vendors due to their 200 + offices. You might think that with 2500+ employees a company this size could negotiate better plan options for their valued employees.
Benefit package is expensive. You’re informed in the beginning that it’s a great package but it’s not!
Offers Health ins but plan is considered high deductible but the company does contribute $800 a year to HSA account :). Dental is free for employees but extra for family members :(. Offer 401k, life/health/dental/vision insurance . Also tons of discounts on stuff from vacations to cellphone plans. Also offers bonus potential.
Best thing is longer you work there the more vacation time you ecru
Only, high deductible health insurance plans offered. However they do have a HSP that if you sign up for it and don't contribute they still contribute money quarterly.
Love working here! I started at an entry level job years ago and climbed the ladder fast. I love the opportunity, support, and team work.
Cost to employees is high and deductible levels are ridiculous
Good vacation time, 3 weeks in year 1. Health insurance is really bad, and very expensive better to just shop for your own plan. No 401k match Basic dental is covered but you still have to pay for your make work and for dental insurance for family
