Deductible incredibly high. Didn't realize how much the North Highland plan didn't cover until I went to the doctor after starting a job at a different company. I was amazed how much lower the doctor and pharmacy bills were with my new plan.
The deductible is very high
Only high deductible HSA available, and it costs $5,000+ for year for employee + family

They use UHC with a suboptimal plan.
Fewer options, high cost, low quality plans. They are shifting the cost burden to the employee, but there is no raise in salary.
Expensive HSA. Isn't the worst, but not cheap.
Comparable to medium-sized consulting firms
You have to pay for everything until you reach your high deductible.
