Unlimited vacation, BUT you are expected to sell, sell, sell and be staffed, staffed, staffed. So you never take a vacation.
Unlimited Paid Time Off. New policy. We will see how it works.

Plenty of time off and flexible schedule depending on client
Four weeks of PTO for most plus a week of sick time. In addition, each employee receives two personal days to use as they wish. Pretty standard.
When you are not billable, you are encouraged to use your time off.
Better than average vacation package, but who gets to use it?
On par with the industry average. Flexible work arrangements are available.
4 weeks off is the standard
