Flex PTO was great. Only downside of having flex/unlimited is that it's harder to draw boundaries on what is truly considered being "off."

PTO is all lumped together. They advertise that it is unlimited but it really is not. Do not be fooled.

Unlimited PTO means you can’t roll it over, and take it at your own risk because you have utilization targets that affect your bonus

Not a fan of the unlimited PTO with the many caveats. Prefer going back to fixed PTO or fix unlimited PTO to allow the flexibility that HR sells it to be.

Unlimited vacation, BUT you are expected to sell, sell, sell and be staffed, staffed, staffed. So you never take a vacation.

Unlimited Paid Time Off. New policy. We will see how it works.

The company has a new unlimited time off policy. However, they encourage consultants not to take more than 3-4 weeks off and all personal time off impacts your utilization.

Plenty of time off and flexible schedule depending on client

StarStarStarStarStar Current Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Four weeks of PTO for most plus a week of sick time. In addition, each employee receives two personal days to use as they wish. Pretty standard.

When you are not billable, you are encouraged to use your time off.
