The best thing is the great PTO accumulation right off the bat and the medical and dental insurance is top notch and I've never had any problems. Worst thing is the low pay raises recently.
Just okay benefits. Top-heavy leadership
Decent health insurance and large amount of PTO. Health insurance reasonably priced with decent sized provider network.
The health insurance is great, everything in the North Memorial clinic system is fully covered
High deductible, crappy 401k
Vacation time takes forever to accrue when you first begin. You get bonuses depending on your unit/hours worked/shift worked.
The best was the previous wellness program that allowed you dollars to reimburse you for purchases used for certain health & wellness (class fees, swim instruction etc) Now its changed and its a Preferred one program and it is nothing like the previous years. Rest of the benefits stuff are standard issue.
One of the best: Wellness reimbursement of up to $2000 per year! One of the worst: Not enough paid vacation in the first year of employment.
Best: Company match for the 401K and company funded HSA account Worst: Costs for Health Insurance have increased significantly over the past 3 years
Low-cost health insurance provided to employees, decent sized network. Non-contract employees get a 401K match up to 3% of your salary.
