    The best thing is the great PTO accumulation right off the bat and the medical and dental insurance is top notch and I've never had any problems. Worst thing is the low pay raises recently.

    Vacation time takes forever to accrue when you first begin. You get bonuses depending on your unit/hours worked/shift worked.

    The best was the previous wellness program that allowed you dollars to reimburse you for purchases used for certain health & wellness (class fees, swim instruction etc) Now its changed and its a Preferred one program and it is nothing like the previous years. Rest of the benefits stuff are standard issue.
