401 (k) match is great! PTO and health insurance are good overall.
Every employee even Part time receive benefits such as 401k
The 401k is decent, with the company putting in 4% if you put in 5%, but you have to work there 6 years to be fully vested. PTO is fairly good (around 3 weeks) and you can carry up to 10 days in a year, but there is no sick time and the payout at the end of employment is a complex formula designed to short the employee. There are two health insurance options but they are both expensive. Expect to pay about $70-100/paycheck just for yourself and a lot more for a spouse and kids. There are only 6 paid holidays so expect to still work the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and many days that the Fed is closed.
