    There is a a bit of class system when it comes to benefits, such that docs, managers and upper executives get great benefits, and everyone else gets just ok.

    Youu only get accumulative vacation and sick time. If you are sick,you only get 6.67 sick days per month so it's not enough to cover one day off. It's very hard to get vacation says off. Everything is done by computer/can't ask boss for time off unless you call off. And if you do,you are disiplined for it.

    time off is in separate buckets, instead of PTO, which is good
