The company does have good health insurance with reasonable deductibles. They are lacking in cancer and stroke insurance policies if that is something you feel you need.
Great benefits package, and they contribute a lot to your 401k. Good health insurance.
The retirement is with TIAA and it is great. They contribute 10%, you contribute 4%. Dental, and so many other benefits to mention. Only reason I would work there.
Very ample benefits package. Medical benefits are good for general wellness but don't expect much when trying to use insurance for bigger problems. The best benefit is actually the personal time off that is accrued from day one. While free tuition seems to be a nice bonus, that's all the education benefit you get. You're still responsible for books and fees (which are substantial). This really negates any "benefit" from attending school while working there.
I liked how they provided part-time staff with 3 credit hours free tuition, and free gym memberships.
Best was cost, worst was the process to sign up every year. Very manual process.
Best thing about the benefits package is the health insurance. Very reasonable individual and family deductible and out-of-pocket. I enjoy that they've added the vision insurance. The benefit package is excellent!
Benefit package is without a doubt the only reason to stay at NWACC. Generous match on 401k and nice work-life balance.
I don't have any being part-time
The benefits are excellent here.....second to none..
