There is no 401K plan for graduate research and teaching assistants. Staff and professors get one, not sure about postdocs, on campus workers, and anyone else.
Company offers both Fidelity and TIAA-CREF so employees have a variety of 403b investment choices from conservative to aggressive.
Good plan, after 2 years of employment, NU will contribute 10% to your 401K as long as you contribute at least 5%.
I'm pretty sure it's still a double match, which is quite good.

GSA has no 401K at all! Only for staff and faculty. No idea if postdoc has or not.
