Very extensive yet very expensive health insurance. I pay $30 a week plus $30 a week to my HSA account for a high deductible plan which means you pay for everything fully until you meet your deductible for the year of 1500.
it does not cover dental which is bad and could be expensive. it covers almost the rest 25% copay.
It is a good and basic insurance. Annually eye check, teeth cleaning discount. Dental is not included.
