pleasant environment to work at
I do not have any bad experience with this.
Very flexible hours for part time workers. I did not work with Northeastern long enough to experience any true benefits but I absolutely loved my time there!
Amazing benefits, except the Heath plans are centered around single or family. So, if you are a couple with no kids, you have to get a full family plan. Also, the only PPO option is the one with a high deductible. The only 0 deductible PPO is for those who live outside of New England..... The PTO is very generous... maternity and paternity leave is great. The retirement contribution is very large (up to 10% of your salary if you contribute 5% of your salary). You need to be there for two years (with a couple of exceptions).
On Campus Job position. Part time
There are no benefits at all.
The best thing is that you can have the liberty to do your own work as there is less workload. This is what college students should look in a part time
They give you three weeks vacation plus the last week for December. They also have matching 304-b retirement, which is the 401-k for educational institutions. Also there is a small annual raise
Benefits are great, opportunities are very competitive among international students, but definitely worth the struggle to get a position here. great team to work with.
Overall great benefits - good vacation and sick time policy. They have a great match for retirement.
