HEALTH & DENTAL INSURANCE- Regular full and part time (with benefits) employees will have hospital sponsored health insurance benefits. Coverage will begin on the first of the month after thirty days of employment. The hospital offers coverage for employee, employee +1, or employee and family.
LIFE INSURANCE - Regular full and part time (with benefits) employees, on the first of the month after thirty days of employment, are eligible to receive a life insurance benefit of two times annual salary.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT - Employees who choose to participate in the flexible spending account program may set aside up to $2,550 on a pre-tax basis for medical expenses and up to $5,000 per family for dependent care costs.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE - Employees are immediately eligible to participate in a confidential employee assistance program (EAP), Casey &Associates.
401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN - Employees are participants in the NVRH 401(k) Retirement Plan the first of the month after thirty days of employment. NVRH automatically contributes 3% of your annual income into investment that you choose. If you contribute at least 1 and 1/2 % of your income into the 401k plan, NVRH will match another 1 and 1/2 %.
