401k and pension plan were substantial and PTO was within reasonable range. The department really did try with team building activities, health insurance/dental plans are a positive.

Typical health/dental/vision. Nothing special. Poor 401k match - they will only match 50% of your 401k up to 3%. The vestment period is 5 years long. I've seen most companies at around 3. No employee stock purchase plan that I know of. I would have 100% bought stock when I first started if it was at a discount.
Pension is decent but 401k match below industry benchmark. Bonus is very low.
